You know you're in West Tennessee when it's 17 degrees on Tuesday and 68 degrees on Saturday, like it's going to be this week. If the weather has got you down and you're feeling sick-ish, remember, we love you, but not your germs! Plan to stay home if you're sick... and please let me know by email (wood-h@lambuth.edu, library@inbox.com) or phone (425-3289, x1231) so we can cover your shift.
And just a reminder - please don't forget your check-in list for the beginning of your shift:
- Check to make sure paper is filled in the copier and the circulation area printers,
- Check headcount sheet and fill out if necessary,
- Check with all library staff to find out if they have work that needs to be done,
- Shelve any books that are waiting to be shelved,
- Check to make sure that no RESERVE books are shelved incorrectly in the shelving area.
If no other work needs to be done, you're welcome to study in the circulation area, just make sure to greet our patrons and put their needs first! Thanks for all your hard work!
